What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operational IT support or helpdesk role where I can resolve device and network issues, maintain reliable systems, and grow my networking skills.

I've supported hardware and software repairs at CV. Laptop Center Pasuruan, handling computer and laptop issues, operating-system reinstalls, and troubleshooting.

At PT. Sekawan Media, I helped install and configure office networks, including a server cabinet and six fiber-optic CCTV network connections. I also designed LAN network topology to support stable operations.

At the University of Jember, I contributed to academic application development, created UI/UX designs in Figma, and tested and debugged the Siakad system.

I'm prepared for operational IT support and helpdesk work, bringing hands-on experience with device maintenance, networking, MikroTik, VLANs, routing, Windows, and Linux.
