I supported hotel IT operations at Le Eminence Puncak Hotel Convention & Resort, troubleshooting IPTV systems, Windows computers, peripherals, and network connectivity for staff and guest rooms.
I prepared conference and meeting rooms with microphones, speakers, projectors, presentation displays, and audio systems, resolving issues before and during corporate events. I also maintained IT inventory records and maintenance documentation.
I'm a daily Arch Linux/CachyOS user who configures software, resolves package conflicts, and builds networking labs with MikroTik RouterOS and Cisco Packet Tracer. I'm comfortable communicating in English and working independently in remote support environments.
