What I'm looking for
I am an IT and merchant support professional with hands-on experience in helpdesk, retail technical repair, and merchant/vendor operations. I began in technical support repairing mobile devices and maintaining computer systems, and progressed into POS, inventory, and merchant assistance roles.
As a team leader and promoter manager I coordinated schedules, incentives, and on-site promotion activities, helping drive consistent weekly smartphone sales and supporting dealer relationships. At a payments company I resolved vendor and merchant issues, earning multiple Best Contact Center Agent awards for Tier 2 Merchant Support.
I bring practical skills across database/control tools, helpdesk environments (Windows, Linux, Android), inventory management, and basic electrical/microcontroller knowledge.
