I’m looking for a challenging role in operations, customer service/collections, or data-related work where I can use my analytical ability, communication, and Excel to improve follow-ups, accuracy, and compliance while achieving daily targets.

I’m a Process Associate with 2 years of experience in the Personal Loan Collection Department at Genpact (Axis Collections). I handle outbound customer communication for pending loan repayments and overdue EMIs, while keeping follow-ups organized and compliant.

In my role, I made 100–200 outbound calls daily and worked with auto-generated calling lists. I prioritized follow-ups, encouraged timely payment of dues, and resolved customer queries related to loan repayments in a professional manner.

I also updated customer interaction details and payment commitments in the system, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company processes and compliance guidelines. I’m a quick learner who brings strong communication, team coordination, time management, adaptability, and problem solving to every task.
