I’m a people-focused leader who blends customer experience, compliance, and hands-on patient care. I’ve built a career across retail leadership and clinical environments, always prioritizing safety, quality, and clear communication.

As a General Manager at Lovisa and The Inspiration Co., I’ve owned day-to-day leadership while driving results through recruiting leadership, scheduling, time management, policy implementation, and KPI tracking. I also strengthened operations with inventory management, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and brand representation—keeping teams aligned and customers confident.

In healthcare, I’ve worked as a Clinical Technician at Inova Loudoun Hospital in a PatientCare & Support capacity, focused on HIPPA compliance and Staff Training & Development. I also bring clinical credentials from Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, including EKG technician work and Medical Associate experience, along with Home Health Aide (HHA) responsibilities.

I’m especially effective when I have to adapt quickly and support people with empathy and structure. With training that includes Mental Health First Aid and certifications like BLS, CPR & AED, EKG, and phlebotomy, I bring a safety-first mindset and calm professionalism to every team.
