At AtkinsRéalis, I manage the end-to-end billing lifecycle for Middle East entities, from invoice creation and validation through posting, customer communication, and collections support.

I process and validate more than 500 customer invoices and pre-bills each month, maintaining 99%+ billing accuracy while meeting SLA and timeline commitments. I prepare T&M and fixed-price invoices, review contract terms, reconcile actuals against pre-bills, and process credit and debit notes to resolve discrepancies.

I work across Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, JD Edwards, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Edicom, and Kofax, maintaining customer and project master data and submitting invoices through customer portals. I also support revenue recognition, cash application, month-end close, audit documentation, MIS reporting, and billing controls.

I've contributed to Oracle OneERP implementation through SIT, UAT, data validation, and master-data migration. I build SOPs, improve process consistency, and look for opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate finance operations.
