At HCL Tech Pvt Ltd, I managed end-to-end O2C billing, from order validation and invoice generation to revenue recognition. I worked to ensure accurate, timely billing in line with company policies and accounting standards.

I monitored accounts receivable and followed up on outstanding invoices, while coordinating with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies. I also streamlined order processing and automated recurring billing tasks to improve billing turnaround time.

I used SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for billing and reporting, and prepared reports on billing KPIs, aging analysis, and collections forecasts. I'm seeking to contribute my O2C billing expertise to a results-driven finance team and continue growing in a dynamic, process-oriented environment.
