At Pitney Bowes, I lead Salesforce releases for the business team, aligning client priorities, sprint plans, estimates, and development roadmaps. I’ve delivered 13 major releases, including integrations with Conversica and Certinia PSA, while helping improve system performance and business efficiency.

I bridge business and development teams by managing developers, assigning work, reviewing code, mentoring teammates, and resolving delivery challenges. I also introduced Jira task automation that reduced manual effort by almost 90%.

Previously at Cloudaction, I built and configured Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Remedyforce projects, including employee management, partner community portals, service request forms, incident workflows, security models, reports, dashboards, and integrations with Jira, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty.

I bring more than six years of experience across requirements gathering, SDLC, solution design, Salesforce development, process automation, and technical documentation. I’m Salesforce Admin, AI Associate, and AI Specialist certified, and I work hands-on with Apex, Lightning components, flows, Visualforce, SOQL, SQL, and Salesforce configuration.
