At TNP IT, I administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune for client environments. I also built a Power Apps canvas app that centralised incident reporting, connected it to SharePoint and automated triage and alerts with Power Automate.
At Uniting Church in Australia – Synod of NSW and ACT, I supported 700+ users and configured Windows Autopatch across 400+ devices. I also enrolled and configured 100+ corporate iPhones in Intune and implemented Essential Eight controls.
My work there included Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender policies, phishing simulations and collaboration with the SOC on SIEM alerts and incident response. I’m currently completing Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104).
