I'm currently supporting Omnicom Media Group Asia Pacific by implementing, maintaining, and managing servers, cloud platforms, software solutions, and SQL databases.
I monitor and troubleshoot system issues, script in PowerShell to automate processes, and create dynamic dashboards. I also use Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline IT procedures and maintain scripts as standards change.
Previously, I set up Microsoft 365 environments for MR Sales, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD, while providing endpoint management and technical support.
