What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support organizations with recruitment, HR operations, workforce planning, and process improvement, ideally in a role where I can combine strategic HR advice with hands-on administrative support.

I founded PrimeResolve to provide HR support and virtual assistance for international clients, covering recruitment, talent sourcing, contracts, leave administration, onboarding, personnel files, payroll support, and scheduling.

At Uniqcx, I managed the full HR function, from recruitment and workforce planning to payroll, team coaching, and advising management on organizational growth. I also implemented HR processes to improve efficiency and employee engagement.

At Huisartsenpost Nederland, I lead administrative work, plan staffing, coordinate doctors’ telephone support, maintain client relationships, and oversee recruitment and selection. I’m completing a Master in Human Resource Management focused on aligning HR processes with business goals.
