At Telesur, I develop HR reports and dashboards that translate management information needs into data analyses. I analyse sickness absence, overtime, leave, employability, and workforce movements to provide fact-based insights for HR and management.
I also improve HR data quality, reporting processes, and analytical outputs, while supporting workforce analytics and employee engagement initiatives. My work includes absence, leave, overtime, and on-call analysis for monitoring workforce patterns and trends.
Previously, as an HR Advisor at Telesur, I advised managers and employees on HR matters, employee relations, organisational change, and employment conditions. I also supported job evaluation, recruitment, organisational design, and HR process improvements using HR information and employee data.
