At EuroKids Preschool, I communicated with parents, responded to their queries, and shared updates clearly and professionally. I also maintained student records and handled day-to-day requests.

I built positive relationships with parents and students through patience, active listening, and clear communication, while coordinating activities in a calm, service-oriented way.

At uFaber, I delivered online sessions on business communication and workplace etiquette. I listened to learner concerns, answered questions, and provided individualized feedback.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management at Jain University (Online), following a BBA in Talent Management & Marketing from Reva University, Bangalore. I'm seeking an entry-level customer support or customer service role where I can learn through company training and build expertise in service operations.
