I’m a results-driven Senior QA & Business Analyst with 15+ years of experience across healthcare, banking, and financial domains. I combine traditional test management (UAT, defect lifecycle, RTM) with emerging proficiency in AI-augmented testing, including autonomous test generation, visual AI validation, self-healing test automation, and LLM/GenAI output testing.

In Agile/SAFe environments, I’ve focused on measurable quality outcomes—reducing incident resolution time and improving first-pass rates—by aligning QA strategy with modern delivery pipelines. At UnitedHealth Group, I integrated AI-driven anomaly detection into Datadog monitoring, piloted Applitools Eyes for visual AI validation, and partnered with engineering to improve test stability with self-healing approaches.

I also lead incident and feedback workflows end-to-end: translating Qualtrics survey feedback into structured ServiceNow incidents, coordinating WAR rooms for P1/P2 issues, and applying AI-assisted RCA using Splunk ML capabilities.
