I’m looking for a logistics team where I can own Air/Sea/Road pricing, negotiate rates, coordinate shipments end-to-end, and support growth through strong customer service and account management.

I’m an Operations & Pricing Executive with a strong freight-forwarding background, handling Air, Sea, and Road pricing, quotation preparation, and shipment coordination. I focus on accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and timely cargo movement while keeping customers fully informed.

I negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents, then coordinate end-to-end logistics execution to ensure on-time delivery. I also work closely with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams, monitoring shipment status and resolving shipment-related issues through proactive updates.

Alongside operations, I’ve supported growth through roles like Senior Business Development Executive and Sales and Operation Executive—building long-term client relationships, managing key accounts, and achieving monthly sales targets. I’m comfortable working with tools like MS Office, Outlook, OFOQ, and Fresa, and I bring a practical, service-driven mindset to every shipment and customer request.
