I've managed end-to-end air import operations at Eusu Logistics India, from overseas rate procurement and customer quotations to flight tracking, pre-alerts, airline payments, Delivery Order release, billing, and job closure.

Previously at FedEx Trade Networks Transport & Brokerage, I handled ocean and air export/import documentation for FCL, LCL, air import, and air export shipments. I filed AMS and e-Manifest, coordinated bills of lading, processed carrier and overseas billing, tracked shipments through IGM, and managed DO requests.

At Pacific Blue Cargo, I supported air and ocean freight sales by responding to shipment inquiries, securing competitive overseas rates, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and keeping customers informed with daily shipment updates.

I also bring customer relationship and sales coordination experience from real estate, supported by practical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, ODeX, IGM tracking, carrier portals, and remote collaboration tools.
