What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver ABA-based interventions and crisis support, maintain strong documentation and data-driven planning, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. I want an inclusive environment that values growth, precision, and client-centred outcomes.

I’m a Psychology B.A. graduate with experience delivering ABA-based intervention, behavioural support, and crisis intervention in schools and clinical/community settings. As a Registered Behaviour Therapist (Relias Learning), I focus on client-centred support supported by documentation, data collection, and clear progress monitoring.

In my most relevant roles, I delivered ABA-based interventions for children and youth with developmental disabilities, conducted skill acquisition programming and behaviour tracking, and used data-driven treatment planning. I also support individuals through residential casework and education assistant work—promoting life skills development, community integration, and inclusive, culturally sensitive service delivery.

I bring a strong operations mindset from administrative and leadership experience, including managing records, preparing billing and documentation, and coordinating schedules and shift assignments. I’m comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, adapting plans based on client progress, and using tools like CentralReach and PrecisionX to report and track goals.
