What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to support children's development in a collaborative environment, focusing on innovative intervention strategies.

I am a passionate behavior interventionist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and over five years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). My journey began with volunteering in creative therapy activities, which ignited my commitment to supporting children and families through tailored intervention strategies. I have honed my skills in the ESDM and ABA methods, focusing on creating engaging and effective therapy sessions that promote social and communicative behaviors.

In my current role as an Educational Instructor at PALS Adult Services Society, I implement skill acquisition strategies that empower individuals to lead independent lives. My experience extends to administrative management as a Team Supervisor, where I oversee program operations and ensure a nurturing environment for both staff and participants. I am dedicated to fostering growth and development in every child I work with, utilizing data-driven approaches to track progress and adapt interventions accordingly.
