I’m an Operations and Strategy professional with 14 years of experience leading large-scale projects, cross-functional operations, and strategic initiatives across regional, multi-stakeholder environments.

Currently, I’m a Senior Operations Manager responsible for operations management, strategic planning, project implementation, and performance monitoring across Administration, Human Resources, Procurement, Logistics, Information Technology, Tenders, and Property Management. I drive executive reporting through dashboards and operational briefs, and I’m leading development, strategic execution, and performance monitoring of a company Strategic Master Plan across manufacturing, infrastructure, agriculture, utilities, trading, and PPP-related initiatives.

Previously, as Head of GIS Department at Kwale International Sugar Company Limited (KISCOL), I led the GIS and analytical function to support project management, strategic planning, risk assessment, and operational decision-making. A detailed review of contractor-submitted data helped the company avoid approximately USD 900,000 in potential overpayments, while strengthening accountability processes; I also supervised 6 permanent staff and up to 40 project-based personnel.

Earlier as a GIS Specialist (KISCOL), I supported data analysis, mapping, and reporting for land-use planning, agricultural development, and infrastructure projects—building databases, workflows, and feasibility decision support.
