At IMARAT, I hold commercial responsibility for a development portfolio valued at PKR 250 billion+, with more than 10 million sq ft under construction. Since Q3 2024, I led the commercial step-up in monthly sales from PKR 1.4 billion to PKR 1.8–2 billion.
I was appointed CEO and Board Director of IMARAT REIT Management Company in April 2024. I assembled the REIT infrastructure and am structuring IMARAT Residences 2 as a PKR 25 billion developmental REIT, with a PKR 2 billion first-phase raise.
At IMARAT, I negotiated the Group's master agreement with Marriott International for four hotels and launched the Group's UK sales office. I also established the Group Center of Excellence and delivered an enterprise sales stack integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
At Qatar Foundation, I developed the strategy and operational plan to establish Amlak, its commercial real estate arm, and later served as Program Director, EVMC. Earlier in my career in the UK, I worked in business analysis and systems roles in insurance and financial services.
