In the Real Estate & Development Division, I lead land acquisition, residential site development, townhouse construction, and utility-infrastructure initiatives. I manage project scope, schedules, procurement, budgets, and contractor coordination.
At Pakistan Oilfields Limited (POL), I managed the full lifecycle installation of an LPG bottling plant and sales and marketing operations across Northern Pakistan. I also managed logistics for 22 commercial vehicles and LPG bowzers, maintaining 100% on-time delivery compliance.
