At The Well Team, I manage digital systems including Clickability CRM, Monday.com, Asana, and ED App to support client engagement, workflow tracking, and reporting. I maintain operational records and documentation, coordinate client and partner requests, and develop standardized workflows.
Previously, I conducted market and product research as a Business Consultant at Times TX GmbH and coordinated international community and sustainability initiatives with AIESEC turkey. My experience also includes digital marketing support, virtual event coordination, and HR and outreach administration. I hold a Master’s in business management from IstanbulAydin University, where I graduated with Honors and researched employee attitudes toward AI at work in Turkish organizations.
