I’m looking for a senior UA role where I can scale user acquisition with rigorous KPI ownership, deep analytics, and cross-team collaboration—automating routine work, improving creative testing, and building sustainable ROI across major media networks.

I’m a Senior User Acquisition Manager with 9+ years of experience launching and scaling user acquisition campaigns for mobile games across video and DSP platforms. I focus on achieving KPIs, improving ROI, and driving growth through structured testing, clear budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.

In my current role at KEFIR Studio, I manage user acquisition for Last Day on Earth and Sunday City across platforms such as Liftoff, Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, Moloco, and Mintegral. I own budget management, lead creative testing across video, playable, and static formats, automate internal UA processes, and collaborate closely with production teams on creative development and iteration.

Previously, I coordinated mobile application development and led store publishing processes across App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and RuStore. Earlier, I managed full-cycle user acquisition across multiple platforms, including Unity Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, ironSource, Facebook, Google Ads, and Taboola.
