At Afflex, I own acquisition strategy, P&L, unit economics, and financial performance for the product. I manage and scale more than $130K in monthly advertising spend across Tier 1 markets, achieving campaign ROI of up to 70% through disciplined testing and scaling.

I lead an in-house media buying team of four and have managed teams of up to nine specialists. I build media buying structures, KPIs, workflows, and performance-management processes while allocating budgets based on ROI, profitability, and performance data.

My hands-on acquisition work spans Meta/Facebook, Unity, Native, Push/Pop, SEO, and Telegram. I launch, test, and scale funnels and creatives, and work closely with CPA networks, advertisers, and external partners.

Previously, I managed affiliate and performance marketing across iGaming, Nutra, GameFi, and mVAS. I bring experience in affiliate growth, traffic quality and fraud monitoring, advertiser KPI management, and analysis using AppsFlyer, DataLens, Google Sheets, Jira, Asana, and Slack.
