At Magna Powertain (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd., I evaluate customer vehicle specifications and translate them into drive-system requirements. I create system design proposals with sub-component design teams and present them at gate reviews.
I lead System Requirements Specification creation with cross-functional project teams after nomination, covering system architecture, functions, interfaces, attributes, software, and protection strategy. I also participate in DHT drive-system architecture definition and manage project milestones.
At Volkswagen (China) Technology Co., Ltd., I worked on DHT and E-Drive systems, defining requirements and evaluating supplier proposals. I supported testing, tracked design and sample-delivery progress, and troubleshot technical complaints.
Earlier, I worked on EA888 ICE parts localization at Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and automotive motor design at Nidec Motor (Dalian) Co., Ltd. My work included motor electromagnetic and structural design, drawings and models, and technical feasibility studies.
