Led digital transformation for a leading Chinese auto parts group, designing L1–L5 processes across 6 operating domains and building operational KPIs and transformation roadmaps. Drove 6+ engagements and co-deployed a delivery-task allocation AI agent.

Developed smart factory plans and business architectures for 10+ manufacturers, delivering transformation roadmaps and implementation plans. Drove MOM, data and AI application development, turning methods into 4 reusable solutions used in 15+ client projects.

Delivered 6 value stream trainings and workshops, plus 10+ focused Lean-tool sessions for a Global 500 container maker. Combined value stream analysis and simulation to locate bottlenecks and pain points, plan near-term efficiency gains and build a flexible staffing model for volatile demand.

Led use-case, business blueprint and user-journey design for a lightweight MES, data and AI platform, setting requirement priorities and coordinating development with internal IT and DingTalk team. Shaped MES–X Data Hub IT/OT data linkage and drove AI-assisted data entry and natural-language queries.

Led reviews of value stream, layout and logistics plans for a motor and inverter maker, identifying improvements to WIP flow, storage capacity and delivery routes. Worked on L1–L4 process and MES/WMS functional architecture end to end, supporting go-live on Modular-TIS.

Owned solution design, technology selection, layout, integration architecture and delivery for the Chengdu Xcelerator Ecosystem Center's first demo line. Integrated RFID, rail logistics, a six-axis mobile manipulator, lightweight MES, vision inspection and carbon-footprint tracking, and deployed an AI assistant for natural-language KPI queries.

Facilitated value stream workshops for precision assembly and injection molding, optimizing production, logistics and planning, and built the digital operating framework. Designed the site master layout, functional zoning, logistics flows and intercity coordination model.

Owned user research, product definition, functional and architecture design, pilots and rollout for the Siemens Value Stream Simulation Tool. Coordinated plant operations, simulation and IT experts and co-developed models in Plant Simulation.

Built a roadmap of 20+ short- and medium-term digital initiatives for the Suzhou plant within the global framework, coordinating delivery as PMO. Led Tulip MES rollout to 30+ shop-floor terminals and built Azure-based operational data flows and dashboards.

Ran BPS continuous improvement, maturity assessments and CIP workshops, and helped build BPS/Industry 4.0 roadmaps. Led 5+ Lean projects as project manager, covering assembly-line cycle time, bottleneck first-pass yield and end-to-end 100% pull production.

Implemented the Schneider Production System (SPS) across transformer line design, standard times, ergonomics and VSM, building an MTM-based standard-time database. Used LADM to assess area capacity and led assembly-line layout redesign, cutting standard time by about 15%, floor space by 25% and staffing needs by 10%.
