At Guangzhou Dinghan Rail Transit Equipment, I independently developed control software for a 110kVA rail auxiliary converter and a 30kW onboard charger. I also led two people and contributed to delivery of equipment for more than 100 trains.
For the charger, I worked on three-phase Vienna PFC and phase-shifted full-bridge controls, including current sharing for two parallel 15kW modules. I also developed a Python fault-diagnosis system to support failure analysis across projects.
Previously, I independently developed BMS control software at 辉碧电子, covering battery packs from 5V to 96V, with balancing, protection, communications, and charging management. At Bel Power Solutions, I worked on titanium-level server power supply controls using totem-pole PFC and LLC.
My earlier work included off-grid inverters, MPPT solar controllers, and UPS control software. I hold PMP certification, have two invention patents under examination, and have used English as a working language in technical collaboration with teams in Germany, Switzerland, and the United States.
