What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own full-cycle embedded motor control and ECU delivery—combining algorithm work, real-time firmware, bench calibration, and customer-facing system integration, with room to apply AI/frontier technologies in real-world scenarios.

I’m an Embedded Motor Control Engineer focused on full-cycle development—from algorithm analysis to bench calibration and mass-production delivery. Most recently, I supported BYD on PMSM motor-control solutions using Intel T222 / U310 SoCs, covering end-to-end work from parameter tuning to bench verification.

I lead motor control algorithm evaluation and calibration, working across SVPWM, OPP, and DVPWM to characterize harmonic content and efficiency curves. I also run Id/Iq current-loop PI tuning, speed-loop bandwidth optimisation, and field-weakening extension, validating dynamic response from 0 to rated speed with Matlab/Simulink simulation and real-time timing profiling (Lauterbach Trace).

Beyond motor control, I’ve built embedded real-time firmware and automotive software for ECUs, including UWB digital key, brushless motor control, firmware upgrade, and security protocols. I’m comfortable with SoC-level motor controller architecture and real-time communication (EtherCAT / high-speed SPI timing requirements), and I bring strong cross-team collaboration and customer liaison from years of on-site training, Demo board bring-up, and commissioning.
