At Circula, I manage full-lifecycle recruiting across Tech, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, from junior to Head-of roles. I build AI recruiting tools, including CV Screening GPTs and prompt optimizers, and use LinkedIn and AI tools like Pin to reduce manual sourcing effort.

I co-led the Recruitee ATS rollout, including workflow automations, a career page, evaluation frameworks, and a referral hub. Earlier at Enpal, I delivered approximately 180 hires during my time as Talent Acquisition Manager, and previously worked there as a Sales Development Representative.
