I seek a bilingual IT support or data analyst role in an international, service-oriented team where I can troubleshoot systems, build dashboards, and grow into cross-functional leadership.

I am a bilingual (FR/EN) IT support specialist and data analyst with experience supporting Mac, PC, and mobile systems in international environments. I bring a service-oriented mindset, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills to every role.

As a data analyst at Peroptyx, I identified inefficiencies in datasets, designed interactive dashboards, analyzed trends, detected anomalies, and delivered real-time strategic reporting to inform decisions.

In technical support and customer service I provided assistance for digital banking systems, resolved 100+ daily requests with a 90% first-contact resolution rate, and managed SaaS and user security tasks across platforms.
