I am a dedicated supply chain management professional with a proven track record in logistics and team leadership. After graduating from Waseda University, I began my career at Seiyu GK, where I was instrumental in overseeing distribution operations at Misato DC. My role involved collaborating with 3PL companies and implementing a Transport Management System (TMS), which significantly improved our operational efficiency and helped us meet key performance indicators.

In my subsequent position at Delivery Hero Japan (foodpanda), I managed a team of 46 temporary staff, creating new leadership roles to enhance performance and streamline operations. My efforts in localizing content for the Japanese market were pivotal in ensuring effective communication and operational success. Currently, I am contributing to Amazon's last-mile operations, focusing on data analysis and process optimization, while also working at Media-Lab Co. Ltd. to digitize marketing materials for a major drug store chain.
