I’m an Operations professional with 8 years of experience in high-volume logistics, inventory management, and workflow coordination. I’ve served in a Lead role for 3 years, managing a team of 12+, and I focus on resolving bottlenecks quickly to keep operations moving in fast-paced environments. Based in Japan, I’m available to support U.S. night operations effectively and reliably.
In my current role, I act as the main point of contact for day-to-day issues—triaging exceptions, identifying root causes, and deciding what needs attention first. I troubleshoot equipment, systems, and workflow problems in real time, while maintaining accurate system and inventory records through cycle counts, reconciliations, and follow-up on discrepancies. I also keep teams aligned during time-sensitive incidents with clear status updates and incident reporting, coordinating cross-functionally to route issues, clarify handoffs, and prevent delays from stacking up.
I bring operational continuity through cross-training, SOP adherence, and after-hours coverage when urgent problems arise. I’ve supported workflow improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency, stepped into gaps during surges, and helped keep service stable by staying with a process until operations were back on track. I’m also ICS-100 certified and strong with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Discord), along with Windows OS troubleshooting (XP–11).
