I’m looking for a role that blends crisis intervention and emergency communications with strong documentation, team collaboration, and continuous improvement—where I can provide calm, accurate support under pressure.

I bring extensive experience in emergency services, crisis intervention, healthcare support, and customer service, with a strong focus on accuracy, professionalism, and compassion in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. As a Primary Care Advisor in an Emergency Department setting, I served as a primary point of contact for members experiencing 911 emergencies, medical situations, and emotional crises.

I deliver compassionate support by assessing needs, coordinating appropriate assistance, and relaying critical information to emergency jurisdictions across North America.
