I've coordinated emergency medical assistance and transportation across rural and northern Manitoba through the Medical Transportation Coordination Centre.

As a Dispatch Superintendent, I directly supervised frontline staff, supported daily operations, made rapid onsite decisions, and prepared reports, protocols, memos, and performance evaluations. I also communicated with stakeholders and helped develop staff through hands-on production-floor knowledge.

As a System Status Controller, I received and processed emergency assistance requests, prioritized and dispatched ground and air ambulances, and communicated with the public, medical personnel, and public safety agencies in stressful situations. I mentored and precepted new controllers while using computer-aided dispatch, medical protocols, mapping technology, digital radio, and telephone systems.

My background also includes emergency medical response, GIS mapping, customer service, office administration, and public safety instruction. I'm driven by professional growth and bring organized, professional support to teams serving the public.
