What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Cloud Engineer or Cloud Support role.

At Microsoft, I resolved 95% of enterprise Active Directory incidents within SLA. I analyzed system logs, network behavior, events, and configuration data to identify root causes and restore services.

In my projects, I deployed a three-tier AWS e-commerce architecture using Terraform and built AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines. I also developed chatbots using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Lex, and built a security monitoring system with CloudTrail, CloudWatch, and SNS.
