What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into cloud engineering, contributing to secure cloud infrastructure, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, identity management, and cloud operations across Azure and AWS.

I support enterprise IT infrastructure at Cogent E Services, resolving Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, network connectivity, and user-access issues. I also automated repetitive operations with PowerShell and built an internal knowledge base that reduced repeat support tickets by 25%.

I've built cloud infrastructure projects across AWS and Azure, provisioning VPCs, subnets, EC2, VNets, NSGs, storage, Key Vault, RBAC, and secure deployment workflows. My Azure landing zone uses Bicep and a two-stage GitHub Actions pipeline to validate and deploy infrastructure automatically.

I also automate identity operations with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, reducing user onboarding from 15 minutes to under 30 seconds. In AWS, I built a serverless image-analysis pipeline using Lambda, S3, Rekognition, DynamoDB, SNS, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch.
