I am an experienced banking professional with over 10 years in financial services, specializing in customer service and call center operations. My journey began at TBC Bank JSC, where I honed my skills as a Retail Sales Banker and later as a Customer Service Manager. In these roles, I provided individual consultations on financial products, managed daily sales tasks, and ensured customer loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong client-focused approach, resolving client issues and managing documentation efficiently. My ability to handle high-volume customer interactions has equipped me with excellent communication and listening skills, as well as the patience required to thrive under pressure. I am now seeking a part-time, remote position that allows me to leverage my expertise in a customer service role, preferably in a Russian-speaking environment.
