What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role in a supportive environment that fosters growth and collaboration.

I have extensive experience in customer service since 2022, beginning my journey with the American company Dspro as an English Speaking Support representative. This role allowed me to develop my social and communication skills while emphasizing the importance of teamwork. My time at Dspro laid the foundation for my career in customer support.

Following my experience at Dspro, I worked remotely with Walt, where I gained valuable insights into stress management and the significance of empathy in customer interactions. My role at MBG Group as an Office Manager further honed my problem-solving abilities, teaching me how to ask the right questions and understand customer needs effectively. The challenge of working in surrogacy at Surolife was particularly rewarding, as I learned to balance the needs of parents and surrogates, enhancing my communication skills.
