I’m a Recruiting Operations Team Lead with experience leading complex program management initiatives across matrixed organizations, built on strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. I partner directly with C-suite hiring executives, manage executive-level hiring, and leverage data to generate insights that I translate into operational actions improving hiring outcomes.

In my roles with Experis/Manpower Group, Collabera, and Spectrum DB, I manage 10 to 15 requisitions at a time and routinely deliver 10 to 12 hires a quarter, while mentoring and coaching recruiters and new recruits to grow into leadership. I also serve as an AI & Machine learning subject matter expert advocating for partners’ capability internally and externally, and I’ve driven employer branding through content marketing, employee advocacy, sponsored jobs, and paid social amplification.
