I'm looking for a part-time HR or administrative role in Copenhagen where I can apply HR, recruitment, and customer-support skills while continuing my Master's studies and developing leadership experience.

I'm Rumana, a Master’s student in Business Administration & Leadership at Roskilde University with hands-on HR experience as an Assistant Manager in the Human Resources Department at Meghna Group of Industries. I have managed recruitment and onboarding for 150+ employees, supported employee relations, performance management, payroll handling, coordinated training programs, and led HR administration activities while also delivering customer support and team coordination.

I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, and I am service-minded, reliable, and enjoy helping people. I am seeking part-time work alongside my studies in Copenhagen where I can contribute HR, administration, and customer-support expertise while continuing professional development in HR and leadership.
