What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an informal but professional environment with open communication. I want to work independently on my daily tasks while collaborating closely with colleagues, using my IT systems strengths to optimize processes and support GDPR-compliant recruiting.

I’m a “Talent Acquisition / Senior Sourcer” who enjoys building talent pools, advising Hiring Managers on recruitment strategy, and improving processes wherever it makes sense. I’m comfortable moving fast across IT systems while keeping quality and compliance in focus.

In my most recent role, I’ve been responsible for sourcing, screening, and developing talent pools. I also contribute to process optimization and GDPR compliance, and I navigate various IT platforms while supporting day-to-day recruitment needs.

Earlier, I worked as an HR Student Worker at Siemens Healthcare A/S, supporting recruitment processes and onboarding/offboarding. I handled HR-related inquiries, updated employee data, and supported HR and Legal with GDPR compliance—along with participating in process optimization.

I also completed an internship focused on GDPR / Data Protection, where I reviewed and assessed the school’s personal data workflows and developed concrete recommendations for process improvements. I bring an approachable style, enjoy open communication and knowledge sharing, and I work independently while staying closely connected to colleagues.
