What I'm looking for

I seek a role with reasonable working hours (6 hrs/shift, tops — or at least splitting a shift into two portions), as well as one that offers actual growth opportunities, not just empty titles. Being a bit of a night owl, I’m open to roles GMT±8)

Extensive experience in enhancing client interactions and streamlining processes. At TIER Mobility GmbH, I successfully introduced GDPR-compliant verification processes that significantly reduced call handling times. My ability to create effective mail and case note templates also boosted key performance indicators.

Particularly my time at Accenture (as an HR Generalist) allowed me to refine my skills in creating efficient training materials and overseeing job postings, ensuring timely and effective recruitment processes. Signal over noise, as it were.
