I've supported end-to-end recruitment at Hutrit, screening technical and non-technical candidates across remote, multicultural teams. I manage candidate reviews, recruitment coordination, documentation, and hiring reports in Workday.

I also built and maintained a custom candidate-tracking spreadsheet used as a lightweight CRM for pipeline follow-up.

In Denmark, I supported HR activities and operational administration for a fast-paced gastronomy company, keeping scheduling, documentation, and follow-up organized across teams. At GAO Tek, I screened CVs, reviewed profiles, and referred candidates while supporting English-language remote recruitment workflows.

My earlier administrative and receptionist work in Argentina strengthened my customer-facing communication, front-desk support, and coordination skills. I'm currently available for remote junior HR, administrative support, or customer service roles across time zones.
