At Genpact, I review user-generated content against community standards and identify inappropriate content, including hate speech and misinformation.
I handle user reports and complaints, investigate issues, and escalate cases as needed. I also guide users on platform policies and stay aware of legal regulations.
In my project on Twitter spammer detection, I developed a machine learning system to identify spam accounts, fake users, malicious URLs, and fraudulent content. I also analyzed Google Play Store app data to find patterns across ratings, reviews, usage, and other app attributes.
