What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Customer Success, Client Onboarding, or Account Management role where I can build excellent, long-lasting client relationships and apply my communication, organisation, and operational coordination experience.

I've spent over 14 years teaching music, mentoring students, communicating with families and institutions, and adapting plans to diverse individual needs. I also coordinated national tours with Orquestra XXI, managing logistics, equipment transport, stage setup, and operational support under tight schedules.

As co-founder of Conversa d'Outrora Lda., I've developed cultural projects and coordinated the Arnema Orquestra project with partner teams. I'm looking to bring my relationship management, organisation, problem-solving, and client-focused communication to Customer Success, Client Onboarding, or Account Management.
