My name is Ruhini Sarithma Fernando, a hardworking and dedicated individual from Kalutara, Sri Lanka. I have successfully completed my education at Good Shepherd Convent, where I excelled in various subjects, particularly in English and Mathematics. Currently, I am pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource Management at Aquinas College of Higher Studies, which aligns with my career aspirations in the field of human resources.

In addition to my academic achievements, I have gained practical experience as a Junior Sales Associate at Hatton National Bank, where I honed my customer service and sales skills. My role involved engaging with clients and assisting them with their banking needs. I also have experience as a Teller at LB Finance PLC, where I further developed my financial acumen.
