I'm seeking to use my technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service.

At Billstech Software House, I handled customer queries, followed up with leads, and maintained CRM records as a Customer Support / Sales Representative.

I also worked toward sales targets and used objection management techniques during client interactions.

At Hello Pakistan Magazine, I managed official social media accounts and created graphics using Canva and PicsArt.

Through the E-commerce (PITP Program) at NED University, I trained in WordPress and Shopify store setup, payment gateway integration, and product research, then presented my capstone in English.
