I am an international student based in Minsk with a strong passion for hospitality and guest service. My experience as an Administrative Assistant at Azanza Cottages in Zimbabwe has equipped me with the skills to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. I excel in communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring that every guest feels valued and attended to.

During my time at Azanza Cottages, I managed front desk operations, coordinated bookings, and assisted with guest inquiries, all while maintaining a professional demeanor. I take pride in my ability to streamline operations and contribute to guest satisfaction through friendly, solution-oriented assistance.
