What I'm looking for

I'm seeking roles at the intersection of health equity, housing policy, and systems-level collaboration, where I can combine research depth with on-the-ground implementation to build human-centered, sustainable structures for complex community initiatives.

I lead the Central Coast Community Health Worker/Promotores Collaborative at Santa Barbara Foundation, coordinating 20+ healthcare and community organizations across three California counties. I manage a $1.2M+ grant portfolio, support Medicaid billing readiness, and secured more than $574,000 in new funding in my first year.

Previously at Advocates for Human Potential, I supported California's Behavioral Health Bridge Housing Program and other multi-jurisdictional initiatives addressing homelessness, behavioral health, workforce development, and youth opioid response. I design governance, workflows, technical assistance, and training that help counties, tribal governments, peer-led organizations, funders, and communities move complex work forward.

My PhD research at UC Santa Barbara examined how the McKinney-Vento Act reaches—and fails to reach—young people experiencing homelessness. I bring research depth, lived-experience engagement, and practical implementation together to build systems that are effective, usable, collaborative, and human-centered.
