What I'm looking for

I seek a primarily remote role where I can lead teams, manage grants/projects, grow partnerships, and continue professional development in a supportive organization.

I am an experienced nonprofit project director with a Bachelor of Social Work and a strong record managing federally funded grants, budgets, and multi-county partnerships. I lead teams with grace and kindness while ensuring compliance, timely deliverables, and accurate documentation for audits.

I supervise and mentor frontline staff, coordinate training and community events, and manage relationships with external partners and pharmacies to improve client outcomes. My background includes shelter management, case management, reassessment of elder care needs, and customer-facing roles that strengthened my communication and crisis-intervention skills.
